Generally, practitioners prefer to use the democratically created group agreements or ground rules as a starting point, correlating British Values with the values held by our own organisation: -

  •  Individual Liberty
  • The rule of law
  • Mutual Respect for those with different faiths and beliefs and those without faith
  • Democracy

Alternatively, some practitioners choose to simply explain clearly to their learners the importance of Safeguarding and Prevent.
