    Business Start Up - this workshop could help you get started.  It's your chance to explore what it takes to start a business and how to go about it.  During the workshop, you will be able to talk through your ideas, think about the practicalities, and get some feedback on what to do next.

    Functional Skills programmes provide a good grounding in maths, English, and ICT (Information /Communication Technology) skills –three core subjects increasingly viewed as a minimum standard by employers.

    Pre-Employability courses give learners an understanding of employer expectations and provide practical support to prepare for work. They are for adults who have yet to find their first job, and people returning to work after a long absence.
    Employability courses are for adults who are ready to return to work but who need a little help to succeed. They explore the essential skills needed to find and gain work, including CV writing, job search techniques, and interview skills.
    Programmes for Entrepreneurs For anyone who has ever thought about going solo or setting up their own business, Adult Education has courses for ‘budding’ entrepreneurs. Workshops provide an introduction to marketing, finance, and business planning, with support for learners to bring their products to market.
    Vocational Qualifications (VQs) are work-related programmes of study. They combine learning with work and are designed to help learners gain the knowledge and skills they need to do their job. Adult Education offers vocational qualifications in –
